Nick Gifford
Nick Gifford opened Gifford Fitness was opened in 2016, and Nick has been riding the wave every day since. The gym is his happy place, where every day he gets to come in and work alongside people he respects, and help people he cares about.
Nick absolutely loves watching people win. His entire day is structured around helping people win. If he does his job right, and puts the right people in the right places—setting up both the client and the coach for success—then he gets to do his favorite thing over and over again: watching people win. In a world full of unwanted feedback, negativity, and constant comparisons to “should’ve” and “could’ve” drive-by commentators, Nick aims to help people win on their own terms. He wants his coaches to win, and he wants the clients to win. Sometimes that’s just walking through the door, or getting upside down for the first time, or going after that job they've always wanted, or maybe just telling themselves that they won, and that they’re proud of themselves.
Nick gets great satisfaction in helping people of all ages and from all walks of life realize their true potential as a parent, a sibling, a teammate, a friend, and as an individual. He found his interest in health and fitness at a young age, and that interest has blossomed into a passion. Helping people is his calling, and it is why he has chosen to live the life of a coach.
