Beyond high school programs, he has led multiple collegiate and senior clubs through transitional phases, including the Menagerie (15s), Valkyries (15s and 7s), and Metropolis men’s teams (15s and 7s). From 2016 to 2019, he returned to the University of Minnesota as head coach of the men’s side, emphasizing culture, retention, and competitive growth within Minnesota and the Midwest Division I competition.
Jimmy’s coaching philosophy emphasizes gratitude, trust, player ownership, and adaptability.
