Twin Cities Amazons Rugby

The Twin Cities Amazons are a women’s rugby club based in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metropolitan area.

Who We Are

Our club currently competes in USA Rugby’s Midwest Premiership (Division 1). We previously competed in the Women’s Premier League (WPL), and we’re proud of our legacy at the highest level of competition in the U.S.

The Amazons play matches both locally and nationally and welcome players of all skill levels. We believe we’re made stronger by our differences and united by our commitment, passion, intensity, and desire to be the best.

“Being a WPL club, I think we return to D1 with the privilege of pressure to make an impact, and I couldn’t be more happy to be helping lead this incredible group.”

Head Coach Xane Gerasimo

The Amazons compete in matches across the Midwest, bringing high-level rugby to cities throughout the region. But you don’t have to go far to catch the action—we also play plenty of games right here in Minnesota!
